Consider applying to the Corporate Stream if your corporation is seeking to expand into Ontario or purchase an existing business in Ontario. Your corporation must have a proven track record of at least three years, and you must be investing at least $5 million.
Entrepreneur
Consider applying to the Entrepreneur Stream if you want to invest a minimum of $500,000 CDN (if your business is outside the Greater Toronto Area* or in the ICT/Digital Media Sectors) or $1,000,000 CDN (if business is within the GTA) to establish or purchase a business in the province.
